Sales Representative / Account Manager
Role & Responsibilities:
Complete large development and or custom construction takeoffs for builder accounts and or contractors
Prepare estimates for large developments and or contractors, regarding cost of lumber, plywood, joist and hangers Examine and analyse tenders C Conduct negotiations
Prepare and maintain a directory of builders and contractors • Manage and coordinate construction projects by preparing construction progress reports and schedules
Responsible for maintaining positive and constructive relationships with builders and internal staff to facilitate sales and meet construction objectives

Experience:
Previous experience in sales environment with customer interaction
Knowledge of the lumber and or construction industry
Ability to read blueprints without guidance
